A Happy New Year to all my readers!
OK, am back and ready to get back to work. Let’s see, this year, I’ll start with sauces. for a couple weeks or a few months, I am going to be concentrating on presenting sauces. Sauces are versatile, they are great for parties, for game nights, or for those occasions where you need to feed a whole bunch of people but can’t be bothered to go through the tediousness of preparing different manner of things – all you need is a big pot.
Beginning tomorrow, you will have the pleasure of knowing what deep sauces to look forward to with the debut of my cook book in the very near future.
